Backlink Placement Analyzer

Analyze a source article and destination page to find evidence-led contextual backlink placement opportunities.

Find the strongest contextual location for a backlink by comparing the source article, destination intent, and requested anchor text.

This free public beta uses a deterministic, open-source analysis engine. It can recommend a placement, flag a draft for editorial review, or conclude that no suitable placement exists.

Evidence-first beta

Analyze a contextual backlink placement

Compare a source article with the page you want to link to. The analyzer recommends only placements that clear the current beta evidence thresholds.

The public article where a contextual link could be placed.

The destination the proposed link should support.

The tool may suggest a natural grammatical variation when the requested wording does not fit.

Submitted URLs and extracted page text are processed temporarily and are not saved as analysis records.

How the analyzer works

1. Fetches public evidence

The service retrieves the public source and target pages while respecting bounded crawling and robots policies.

2. Compares editorial fit

Paragraph context, destination intent, and anchor naturalness are assessed together.

3. Returns explainable options

Each result includes before and after text, evidence labels, intervention level, and review guidance.

How to interpret the result

Recommended means the contextual evidence is strong and the link can be added with minimal intervention. Editorial review means the location is useful, but the proposed wording should be checked before publication. No suitable placement means the tool completed successfully and refused to manufacture a weak recommendation.

Important limitations

  • The result is an editorial aid, not a ranking or authority guarantee.
  • Fit labels are evidence categories, not percentages or probabilities.
  • JavaScript-rendered, protected, non-HTML, or robots-blocked pages may not be analyzable.
  • Always review proposed wording for accuracy, tone, disclosure requirements, and publisher policy.
  • Only analyze public pages you are permitted to access.

Frequently asked questions

Does this tool use a paid SEO or AI API?

No. The beta uses the open-source Backlink Intelligence engine and does not depend on paid SEO data or an LLM API.

Are submitted URLs or results stored?

No analysis record is created. URLs and extracted text are processed temporarily for the request. Minimal operational information is used for security, limits, and service reliability.

Why might the result require editorial review?

Review is recommended when the anchor needs adaptation, a contextual sentence is proposed, intervention is more than minimal, or the evidence sits close to a beta threshold.

Can this guarantee a valuable backlink?

No. Relevance and editorial context are important evidence, but value also depends on the publisher, audience, page quality, placement durability, and how search systems evaluate the link.
